We started discipleship training from 2010. We train 15-20 young people every year for exposing them in mission work. We teach them foundational belief and important of the gospel to the lost people. We train them in both areas theories and practical. When they go to in the field they can see and experience the power of God what they have learnt in the class room. The outcome of these training is discipling young people in the ministry and also planting churches through the evangelism. After finishing this training most of them can discover the calling of God in their lives so that some of them work as a church planter and some of them witness Christ wherever they work. Some of them have already planted the churches and doing pastoral ministry.
For the leadership training we have to train existing pastors/leaders and emerging leaders. Therefore we have been praying and planning in this way.
For the existing pastor we want to have at least a seminar in a year. We have many pastors and leaders who are not well trained to lead the church. Therefore, we want to have a seminar every year for 2 days for all the existing leaders on different topics like, “Handling word of God properly, balancing family and ministry, leadership skills.” In this seminar we want teach one and half days and half day we want to share the ministries and plan for next year.
Right now we have been conducting a “Bethlehem Leadership training” as a modular course at Ramechhap. We meet ones a month for one day. We need to meet for six times for completing this course. In this training we teach about leaders’ character, knowledge and skills for christian leadership. Right now there are 31 pastors and church planters are taking this course. We have been also praying for a residential leadership training for new leaders or those who finished discipleship training and work as church planter. For this training we want to have twice a year for three months. In this training, we could teach a subject like ‘Bible study methods, Biblical Preaching, Leadership, Discipleship, church planting, ministry of Jesus etc.
Every year we conduct ‘Bethlehem United Youth Revival Conference.’ In this conference we gather all the youth from Bethlehem churches. We conduct it in the time of a Tihar festival so that our youth will not mingle with the friends to celebrate Tihar festival. We do it three days conference. There will be around 200 youths.
चेलापन एक कार्यक्रम नभएर यो एक प्रक्रिया हो, तर यो तालिमबाट शुरुवात हुन्छ । येशू प्रभुले आफ्नो चेलापन प्रक्रियामा छान्नुभयो, शिक्षा दिनुभयो, कसरी गर्ने भनेर गरेर देखाउनुभयो, अनि गर्नको लागि जिम्मा दिनुभयो । हामीले पनि यो चेलापन तालिममा येशू ख्रीष्टको तरिकालाई अनुकरण गर्दै आएकाछौं र गरिरहनेछौं ।
अगुवापन तालिमको रुपमा हाम्रो आफ्नै आवासीय तालिम केन्द्र त छैन, तर भविष्यको एक योजनमा छ । हाल हाम्रो मण्डलीहरु मिलेर गैर आवासीय बेथलेहेम अगुवापन तालिम सञ्चालन गरीरहेका छौं । जुन ६ महिना सम्मा महिनाको १ दिन सिकाइन्छ । हामीले अगुवा निर्माणको निम्ति विभिन्न तालिम केन्द्रहरुसँग साझेदारी गरि तालिममा पठाउने र समय मिलाए हाम्रै मण्डलीमा तालिम सञ्चालन गर्ने पनि गरेकाछौं । अगुवहरु निर्माणको क्रममा विभिन्न व्यक्तिहरुलाई बाइबल कलेजमा पठाई दक्ष अगुवाहरु पनि निर्माण गर्दैछौं । सेवा गर्दै गरेका अगुवाहरुको जागृतीको निम्ति कम्तिमा वर्षमा एकचोटी अगुवापन सम्मेलन गर्ने गछौं ।
अहिले वर्षको एकचोटी जवानहरुको आत्मिक र बौद्धिक बिकासको निम्ति सँयुक्त जवान सम्मेलन गर्ने गछौं । जवानहरुलाई विभिन्न सिपमुलक तालिमहरु र शिक्षाको निम्ति उत्साह र साहयता गछौं ।
दिदी बहिनीहरुको आत्मिक र बौद्धिक बिकासको निम्ति विभिन्न समय मिलाएर विभिन्न तालिम र सम्मेलनहरु गछौं ।
सु–समचार मण्डलीको आधारभूत कार्य भएकोले प्रत्येक विश्वासीलाई प्रचार कार्यमा उत्साह दिँदै विभिन्न समयमा विभिन्न सु–समचार कार्यक्रमहरु पनि गछौं ।
मण्डली स्थापनाको लागि जब प्रचारकहरुले नयाँ ठाऊमा विश्वासी बनाउछन्, तब त्येस ठाउँमासङ्गतिशुरु गर्न र स्थानिय अगुवा निर्माण गर्ने उत्साह दिन्छौं । प्रत्येक मण्डलीले मण्डलीहरु स्थापना गर्ने अभियानमा जोड दिन्छौं ।
व्यक्ति र समाज रुपान्तरणको निम्ति समाज र व्यक्तिको अवाश्यक्तलाई अनुसन्धन गरि सक्दो सहयता गर्दछौं । प्राकृतिक प्रकोपमा परेको परिवारलाई सहयता गर्नुको साथै बिधुवा तथा अनाथ बाल–बालिकाहरुलाई सहयता गर्ने गछौं । समाजमा शिक्षा तथा स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रको बिकासमा पनि सक्दो सहयता गर्ने गछौं ।
